    The turnaround time for our custom signs typically varies based on the type of sign you choose. Once the design is finalized and the order is placed, most custom signs have an estimated 4-week turnaround before shipping/ pick-up, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. If you opt for laser pictures, the turnaround time is generally 1 week plus shipping, allowing for quicker production. .
  • Do you offer shipping for orders?
    - Lettermail shipping is currently available for smaller items. - Shipping for Custom signs is available. The cost will be calculated and given at the same time as the final invoice. - Local pickup available in Caledonia, which is within 30 mins traveling distance of Hamilton, Stoney creek, Haggersville, Cayuga. * Please kindly note that I request all orders to be picked up within 10 days of completion (I am flexible with the pickup time of day). This helps me keep my working space in my garage available for other orders and ensures a smooth workflow.
  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    All sales of made-to-order signs on my website are final. All of our signs are custom made, and therefore they cannot be resold. Once the order is paid for and the design process begins, cancellations and returns are not accepted. It's essential to be certain of your design choices before placing the order. If there are any concerns or questions during the design phase for custom signs, I'm here to assist you and ensure you are fully satisfied with the final design before proceeding with the order. However, after the order is completed, it becomes a final sale. If there are any issues with your order please contact me so we can resolve your issue.

    The final pricing of your unique sign takes into account various factors, such as the type of sign, its overall size, the quality of materials used, intricate details like shaping florals, and the time it takes to create it. At Avalon Creative, our custom 3D signs typically start at $200. It's important to understand that these signs are pieces of art and should be handled with care.   • Why do I need to make full payment for my sign before you start working on it?
    Making a full payment is necessary for two important reasons. Firstly, it allows me to purchase the initial materials needed to begin creating your order promptly. Secondly, it ensures that my time and labor are compensated, even in the event that a customer stops corresponding with me. For these reasons, I don't initiate work on any signs without receiving full payment. I appreciate your understanding, and please know that this policy applies without exceptions.
  • How do I order a custom sign from Avalon Creative?
    At Avalon Creative, we prioritize providing a personalized and collaborative experience for our clients. When you reach out to us with your budget and a description of what you're looking for, we will contact you via email to gather any reference photos and kickstart the design process. Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we will generate a quote. At this time, if you continue with the process, we will begin a mock up of your design once the deposit is made. Deposit is $50 or 50% on orders over $400.
