The turnaround time for our custom signs typically varies based on the type of sign you choose. Once the design is finalized and the order is placed, most custom signs have an estimated 4-week turnaround before shipping/ pick-up, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.

If you opt for laser pictures, the turnaround time is generally 1 week plus shipping, allowing for quicker production. .

- Lettermail shipping is currently available for smaller items.

- Shipping for Custom signs is available. The cost will be calculated and given at the same time as the final invoice.

- Local pickup available in Caledonia, which is within 30 mins traveling distance of Hamilton, Stoney creek, Haggersville, Cayuga.

* Please kindly note that I request all orders to be picked up within 10 days of completion (I am flexible with the pickup time of day). This helps me keep my working space in my garage available for other orders and ensures a smooth workflow.

All sales of made-to-order signs on my website are final. All of our signs are custom made, and therefore they cannot be resold.

Once the order is paid for and the design process begins, cancellations and returns are not accepted. It's essential to be certain of your design choices before placing the order. If there are any concerns or questions during the design phase for custom signs, I'm here to assist you and ensure you are fully satisfied with the final design before proceeding with the order. However, after the order is completed, it becomes a final sale.
